In our Herding Cats Facilitation Skills workshop, you will:
- Discover strategies for keeping your meetings focused, engaging and on track
- Receive a checklist for planning a successful meeting
- Practice five core facilitation skills in a safe environment
- Learn to deal with conflicts, difficult situations, and behaviors
- Determine which group decision process to use and how to build consensus
- Receive a “Toolkit” of facilitator tools and techniques to use for your next meeting

- Navigating difficult situations and group dynamics
